If a sender sends a message to your number, they must be verified in order for them to appear in your active messages. See “How do I verify a sender” below for next steps.

You can do so in one of two ways. One option is to have them send a message and you can verify them in the inactive tab. The other option is to navigate to the settings tab and click “add verified senders”

Your account was most likely suspended due to having a negative balance on your account. Navigate to your payments page to add funds to re-activate your account.
If you are suspended for a reason that is not payment related, send an email to suspensions@jobsdone.io
