Frequently Asked Questions

  • If a sender sends a message to your number, they must be verified in order for them to appear in your active messages. See “How do I verify a sender” below for next steps.

  • You can do so in one of two ways. One option is to have them send a message and you can verify them in the inactive tab. The other option is to navigate to the settings tab and click “add verified senders”

  • Your account was most likely suspended due to having a negative balance on your account. Navigate to your payments page to add funds to re-activate your account.

    If you are suspended for a reason that is not payment related, send an email to suspensions@jobsdone.io

  • You can send an email to Support@jobsdone.io

  • On the bottom left of your console, there is a light bulb icon. If you click on the icon, you can submit any of the above requests.
